Noida — everyone glorifies luxury, but is the premium justified? I'm in a 2BHK, eyeing Property Neelkanth Apartment vs Unitech UGCC Amber. Both completed. Honestly, Unitech ka price per sqft itna high hai, is that 10x jump worth it for real appreciation? Amenities toh dikhti hain, but kitni use hoti hain? Need real ROI. Change my mind.
