Upgrade dilemma: Is the premium for quality worth it?

Bad construction quality is a huge red flag for resale value, no doubt. I'm upgrading from my 2BHK to a 3BHK/villa in Hyderabad. Sattva Lake Ridge dekh raha tha. As an investor, ROI is key. Log kehte hain construction issues like seepage later increase maintenance costs a lot. Full flat power backup milta hai ya bas common areas? Is the premium for good quality and actual maintenance services worth it long-term?
