Saini Bhawan mein investor ratio bahut high lag raha hai, honestly. I'm currently in a 2BHK, thinking of upgrading, but if most units investor-owned hain, rental yield aur resale market ka kya hoga? Ghost society ban jayegi kya? Already home loan chal raha hai, aur yeh risk lena nahi chahta. Is this premium justified for future returns?
