Upgrade dilemma: Swaraj Homes Leiah worth it?
Visited Swaraj Homes Leiah Apartments in Vasant Kunj last Saturday. Currently in a 2BHK in Dwarka, eyeing a 3BHK upgrade. Already have a home loan. Leiah looks decent, but I'm worried about Swaraj Homes' delivery track record. Past projects on-time deliver hue hain kya? Construction quality ka real scene kya hai, finishing issues ya seepage? Aur post-possession maintenance charges kaise hain, reasonable hain ya bahut zyada? Any community feedback on them?

Same boat here! Dwarka se upgrade ka soch raha hoon, aur Vasant Kunj is a good
Bhai, Swaraj Homes Builders & Developer ka naam sunte hi darr lagta hai. My cousin almost booked with them in their Ghaziabad project. End moment pe back out kiya because of constant delays and bad reviews online. Vasant Kunj mein project hai toh high-end expectations honge, but builder toh builder hota hai. Track record theek nahi hai inka, be careful.
