Upgrade premium in Gurgaon — is it justified now?
Dwarka Expressway — this area keeps coming up for my upgrade plans. Currently in a 2BHK in DLF Phase 3, but family badh rahi hai, so thinking of a 3BHK or even a small villa. Budget around ₹2.5-3 Cr. Dekh raha hoon ki prices already quite high hain, especially with Dwarka Expressway almost complete. Not sure if it's the right time to jump in, ya wait karna chahiye? Many projects around Sector 102 to 113 look good, but the price difference from my current place is huge. Is the premium for these new infra projects like Global City and DMIC *actually* justified right now? Ya phir, yeh sab already factor-in ho chuka hai? I already have a home loan, so EMI ka burden bhi dekhna hai. What are people's experiences with capital appreciation post infra completion? Is Gurgaon still a good investment for this kind of upgrade, ya peak ho chuka hai? Koi builders ka experience hai kya, like M3M, Godrej, Emaar ke projects mein?
