Honestly, I'm finding this upgrade process way tougher than my first home. Currently in a 2BHK in Sector 48, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK or villa. Already have a home loan. Is the price jump worth it for projects like JMS Prime Land? Specifically, elevator quality aur maintenance response time ka kya haal hai? Bacchon ke play area kitna usable hai, ya bas naam ke liye hai?

JMS Prime Land ka RERA number GGM/435/167/2021/03 DATED 18.01.2021 hai. Possession date 2023-12-01 diya tha. Kya kisi ko actual ground reality pata hai? Mila hai possession ya delay ho gaya hai? Aur jo total units 108 hain, kitne log shift ho chuke hain?

Totally feel you on the upgrade struggle! Sector 48 is decent, but for a 3BHK or villa, Prime Land ka location near Badshahpur side is quite promising for future appreciation. But haan, price point is a concern.
