Lease ends in 4 months and I'm really pushing to finalize a 3BHK for my family, maybe at Sobha Crescent. My kids' school admission is also coming up, so location and safety are huge priorities. I'm worried about the 'amenities' builders promise vs. what's actually delivered. Like, children's play areas – are they genuinely usable and safe, ya bas ek photo op hai? Dekha hai kai societies mein, bas naam ke liye hota hai. Also, elevators ka kya scene hai? Sobha Crescent mein kitni jaldi maintenance aati hai if there's a breakdown? Don't want my family stuck. Plus, is the society well-maintained overall, ya phir maintenance charges toh lete hain but service theek nahi? Any insights on this, especially from Sobha Crescent residents?

Bhai, Sobha Crescent sounds good on paper, but have you checked the possession date? It's 2033! That's a loooong wait. For a family needing a home in 4 months, this seems like a mismatch. Amenities are secondary if you can't move in for another decade. Just my two cents.
