Maintenance costs for 3BHKs in Krishna Kunj feel super high right now. I'm currently in a 2BHK near University Road and thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK or even a small villa in Krishna Kunj. My budget is around ₹80L-₹1.2Cr, so I'm looking at good projects. But yaar, RWA charges aur other hidden costs kaafi sunne mein aa rahe hain. Is it really that bad? Like, apart from the quoted maintenance, are there any unexpected charges that pop up regularly? Not sure if the premium for a bigger space is justified agar monthly expenses itne badh jaayenge. Already have a home loan so don't want any surprises. Any current residents or recent buyers wahan ke experiences share kar sakte hain? Kya RWA effective hai, ya bas charge karte hain?

Totally agree with you! Krishna Kunj mein maintenance charges are a big headache. My friend lives there, and apart from the quoted monthly RWA fee, there are always some 'special assessments' for lift repair, garden upkeep, ya phir security upgrade. It really adds up and makes budget planning tough for first-time buyers like us.
Haan bhai, same experience. Society meetings mein hamesha naye charges ka proposal aata rehta hai. Bohot frustrating!
