Already have a home loan and currently in a 2BHK in Sector 3. Thinking of upgrading but stuck on whether to go for a 3BHK in a newer project or stretch for a villa in Noida Extension. Villas offer more space, but is the price jump worth it? Novel Group has some decent options in both categories. Is Noida Extension a good bet for appreciation? What does the community think?
