Yaar, ATS Pious Hideaways ka price sunke toh mera budget hil gaya. 1.6 Cr se shuru ho raha hai! Gaurs Platinum Towers definitely sounds more sensible, especially for first-time buyers like us. Builder ka track record hi sabse important hai, aur ATS ka naam hai, par paisa bhi toh dekho.
