Honestly, I'm feeling a bit overwhelmed trying to figure out this upgrade. Currently in a 2BHK near Ameerpet. Thinking of a 3BHK in Kokapet or Narsingi, budget ₹1.8 Cr. Is this price jump worth it? Already have a home loan. Kya abhi sahi time hai for a 3BHK, ya RRR/Metro Phase 2 ke liye wait karna chahiye for appreciation? My Home ka kaisa track record hai?

Amenities are usually standard premium – clubhouses, pools, gyms. But make sure to verify the RERA possession date vs. what the sales team promises. Bohot difference hota hai.
