Maintenance charges in Ghaziabad are a total black hole, especially for investors. I'm currently in a 2BHK and planning to upgrade to a 3BHK or villa; Ramprastha Platinum Premier is on my radar. Log bolte hain fancy amenities increase resale, but do they really? My concern is the long-term cost. Like, is a huge clubhouse actually used daily or does it just add to a hefty maintenance bill? My current society mein, charges high hain but service zero. I'm thinking about how this affects tenant attraction and my ROI. Is there some hack to check a project's real maintenance track record before buying? Or what's the actual service quality vs. the bill once you move in? Hope someone has some insights on this for Ghaziabad properties.

Ramprastha Platinum Premier ka maintenance suna hai bahut high hai because of all the fancy amenities. Sahi hai kya, especially for a 3BHK? What's the average monthly cost there?
Totally agree, OP! Maintenance charges are a nightmare in Ghaziabad. My current 2BHK in Ahinsa Khand II also faces this, high bill, zero service. This fear is real for upgrading to a 3BHK.
