I'm looking for a 3BHK in Noida Extension, budget around ₹1.2-1.5 Cr, but the prices seem to be climbing so fast. I'm wondering if there are still any 'price correction zones' left where we can find real value, or if I'm just dreaming. Has anyone recently managed to get a good spot discount from builders like Rajput Properties And Developers, or is that just a marketing gimmick now? I mean, with the Jewar Airport and all, everything feels inflated. Plus, I'm trying to figure out the true all-in cost; don't want any nasty surprises with PLC or OC at possession. What's the real ground reality for negotiating? Should I wait a bit, or is this the new normal for Noida Extension?
