Upgrading dilemma: Is premium construction worth it?

Okay I'll be honest — I'm really confused about project quality these days. I'm in a 2BHK right now and thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK, maybe even looking at DLF The Aralias. But yaar, is the construction quality actually solid after a year or two? Sunte hain ki initial glitches bahut aate hain. Also, maintenance charges ke against service kitni achhi milti hai? Is it really value for money, or just high charges for basic stuff? Aur clubhouse facilities, they look great on paper, but are they actually used daily ya bas showpiece hain?
