Upgrading for family, is Parsvnath Exotica the real deal?

Completed projects are the only way to go now, especially with kids. We're finally looking to upgrade from our 2BHK to a 3BHK in Parsvnath Exotica. My wife's priority is definitely the kids' school admission and overall safety for them. Is this place genuinely good for a family, or just looks fancy? I'm worried about amenities; are they actually useful and well-maintained, or just for show? What's the real community vibe like? Any insight on nearby good schools and daily convenience would be super helpful.
