Upgrading for family: Whiteland Westin thoughts?

Whiteland Westin Residence — looking at this for a family upgrade, need a 3BHK for my growing kids. Price range ₹6.42 Cr is a big jump for us, but safety and school proximity are top priorities. Builder ka promises toh bahut bade hain, but I'm worried about the actual daily living experience. Are the amenities genuinely useful, ya sirf show-off? Like, is the kids' play area properly maintained? Community vibe kaisa hai? My wife is keen on a good gym and walking track. What about the apartment layouts? Carpet area efficiency is a concern, I don't want wasted space at this price point. Anyone living nearby, ya kisi ko idea hai iske ground reality ke baare mein? Is it truly worth it for a family?
