Upgrading for family, worried about possession quality

Greater Noida West — we're finally looking to upgrade from our 2BHK. My wife's priority is a safe neighborhood and good schools nearby for the kids, so we need at least a 3BHK. I've been hearing mixed reviews about possession experiences generally. For anyone who got possession recently, especially from builders like Jaypee (maybe Jaypee Budh Circuit Studios II owners, how was it?), did you face many quality issues right after getting the keys? Like, major snag list items that weren't fixed? And what about the registry process? I'm worried about unofficial demands or how many visits it actually takes. Was the builder helpful with documents or did they just leave you hanging? Honestly not sure what to expect. Has anyone else faced this?
