Ghaziabad overall — been looking for a 3BHK for my family for months. My wife's main priority is good amenities for the kids, especially a usable clubhouse and safe play area. Ramprastha Platinum Premier looks decent on paper, but I'm worried about these fancy clubhouses just being for show. Are they actually used daily, or are they ghost facilities after a year? How are the green areas too? We need space for the children to run around. What's the real ground reality for families there?

So basically, is Ramprastha Platinum Premier main kids ke liye acha hai ya nahi? Simple answer please!
U9, it's not a simple 'yes' or 'no'. It's completed and people are living there. I'd suggest you visit on a weekend afternoon. See for yourself how many kids are playing, how clean the clubhouse is. Green areas are there, but check if they are shaded and safe for kids. Don't rely only on online opinions.
Be very careful, guys. My cousin bought in another project near Abhay Khand, and their 'state-of-the-art' clubhouse is now just a dusty storage room. Builder ne initially bahut promises kiye the, but once possession ho gaya, they just washed their hands off. The green areas are also pathetic, full of weeds. Don't just go by pictures, visit multiple times, especially in the evenings and weekends when people are actually using them.
Bhai, this project is COMPLETED and possession was in 2018-12-01. RERA number UPRERAPRJ7124. So, there must be residents living there for years. Can anyone confirm if the clubhouse and green areas are actually functional and well-maintained? My biggest fear is paying EMI for a non-existent lifestyle.
Exactly! Same fear. Amenities dikhane ke liye nahi hone chahiye, use karne ke liye hon.
Yaar, 1.1 Cr is a lot for 'average'. If amenities are just 'okay', then what's the point? My budget is tight, so every penny counts. I need something where kids can actually thrive, not just 'adjust'.
Haan, main ek friend ko jaanta hoon jo wahan rehta hai. Clubhouse initially use hota tha, but ab thoda maintenance issue hai. Gym is okay, but swimming pool is often closed. Kids' play area is decent, but not very big. Green areas are there, but not as lush as shown in renders. For ₹1.1 Cr – ₹2.4 Cr, I'd say it's average for the amenities promised. They have 188 units, so crowd bhi acchi khaasi hoti hai, maybe that's why maintenance struggles.
Totally agree with U1. Ghaziabad mein bahut projects dekhe hain, especially around Ahinsa Khand 1. Brochure mein sab top-class dikhta hai, but visit karne jao toh alag hi scene hota hai. Kids' play area toh bas naam ka hota hai, ya phir maintenance itni poor hoti hai ki koi use hi nahi karta.
Yaar, Ramprastha Platinum Premier sounds good on paper, but ₹1.1 Cr se ₹2.4 Cr for Ghaziabad? Plus, these fancy clubhouses... are they really functional? My kids need proper space to play, not just some show-off facility. I've heard stories about builders promising the moon and delivering dust. What's the maintenance like after possession? Is it worth stretching the budget so much for amenities that might not even be used?
