Gaursons 4th Avenue — we're looking at a 3BHK here, upgrading for the kids. Brochure shows amazing green areas and security, but I'm worried about the reality post-possession. For current residents, how much open space is there really? Is it safe for children to run around? And what about the security systems – are guards effective, visitor management smooth? My wife's main priority is the kids' safety. Should I trust the promises or expect less?

Bhai, brochure aur reality mein zameen asmaan ka farak hota hai. Gaursons ki projects mein green area dikhate hain but milta kuch aur hai. Kids safety is a big concern, agree. Kya aapne site visit kiya hai already?
Sahi keh rahe ho. My cousin bought in their other project near Ajayabpur, same story. Greenery was just on paper, kids have to play in the parking lot. Totally a letdown.
