Upgrading for kids, is this luxury just a label?

₹2.65 Cr for Goyal Luxury Floors? Not seeing the *real* value for my family. Everyone glorifies 'luxury', but for kids' school, daily safety, what truly matters? My wife thinks amenities are just for show, not actual utility. Is it a good home, ya sirf naam ka luxury hai? Change my mind.

Totally agree with the original post! ₹2.65 Cr for 'luxury floors' sounds like a fancy tag for something basic. My wife also feels the same about these so-called amenities – swimming pool and gym are great, but are they really worth that premium when you're worried about kids' school commute and daily safety?
