Visited Mahagun Mantra's under-construction site on Saturday, and honestly, thoda doubt ho gaya. Everyone talks about layout and amenities, but no one really points out the visible construction issues during site visits. Deewaron mein cracks abhi se dikh rahe the, aur plumbing lines ka kaam bhi thoda rough laga. My wife's main priority hai kids ke liye safe environment. Toh yeh early signs dekh ke darr lagta hai ki possession ke baad kya haal hoga? Are these small things fixed later, ya yeh permanent headache ban jaati hain? Builders promise the world, but yeh basic quality control pehle se hi compromise lag raha hai. Should I trust their assurances? Change my mind.

Bhai, Mahagun Mantra toh Ready to Move hai na? Possession date toh 2019-09-30 ki thi. Tumhe construction issues kaise dikhe, U1? Kya tumne kisi old unit ko visit kiya tha?
U6 sahi keh rahe ho. Might be unsold inventory in bad
U5, U4, the RERA number UPRERAPRJ1870 confirms it's Ready to Move since 2019. It has 1500 units, so maybe U1 visited an unsold unit that has been lying vacant for a while and developed minor issues? Or perhaps a different project by the same builder? But yes, even in RTM projects, internal touch-ups or old snags can be present if not maintained.
Exactly! U4, if it's Ready to Move, phir site visit pe cracks kaise? Ya phir yeh koi aur phase hai jo abhi bhi under-construction hai? Confusing.
Totally relate! Builders always cut corners. Dekh ke darr lagta hai, especially for first-time buyers like us.
Same here! Mera toh ek project mein drain overflow ho gaya tha possession ke baad. Nightmare!
U2, you're so right. Meri wife bhi safety aur quality ko leke bahut particular hai. My brother faced similar issues with a builder near Alpha I, took ages to fix even minor defects post-possession.
