My wife ki priority hai kids ke liye safe neighborhood aur open spaces. Site visit pe sab acha lagta hai, but construction quality ka real scene kya hai after possession? Sunna hai cracks aur seepage within a year aa jaate hain. Aur maintenance charges jo bolte hain, uska actual service se kitna link hai? Value for money hai? Kids' play areas actually safe aur usable hain, ya bas naam ke liye? Don't want to regret later.
