Honestly, trying to upgrade from our 2BHK for the kids is proving tougher than I thought. We're seriously considering Panchsheel Wellington, Ghaziabad, for a 3BHK. Price range theek hai, but I'm worried about daily livability. Is it genuinely good for families? My wife's priority is good schools nearby and a safe environment. Society ka vibe kaisa hai? Friendly neighbours milte hain ya sab isolated rehte hain? Any current residents, please share. Bachchon ke liye sahi jagah hai kya long-term? Thanks!

Bhai, don't just look at schools. Society ka maintenance bhi dekhna. Builders initially promise a lot but then maintenance charges skyrocket. Wellington mein kya plans hain iske?
U1, for schools, check out the ones near Ahinsa Khand 1. They are well-reputed. Safety-wise, most gated societies in Ghaziabad are fine now.
