Upgrading for kids, need a real home
My kids' school admission is next year, and I need to finalize a home before then. We're eyeing Express Greens Phase 2 for a 3BHK. Price seems okay, but honestly, is it *actually* livable? Okay, I'll say what no one says: brochure amenities like the pool and gym often look great but are useless in reality. Are Express Greens' amenities well-maintained and *actually* used? My wife's priority is a safe, friendly society for the kids. Kaisa hai wahan ka community feel? Aur neighborhood ka kya scene hai – good schools, markets nearby? I'm worried about getting a good society, not just fancy buildings. After moving in, did it feel like a real home or just another apartment? Change my mind.

Totally get where you're coming from about brochure pics. They are so misleading! I've seen so many projects where the pool is always green or the gym equipment is broken. Express Greens Phase 2 ka amenities ka real picture kya hai, anyone? Is it just for show ya genuinely usable for daily life?
Bhai, you hit the nail on the head. My cousin lives in a society near Ahinsa Khand, aur unka gym toh saalon se band pada hai. Express Greens ka to possession 2
