Bhai, Sector 49 mein Omaxe ka resale? Thoda soch lo. Liquidity ka issue toh pakka hai. Maine suna hai wahan pe projects ka appreciation utna fast nahi hai jitna new areas mein. Family peace of mind ke liye toh new construction hi better hai, kam se kam builder ki warranty toh hoti hai.
