Honestly, I didn't think upgrading would be this tough. We're a family of four, desperately needing a 3BHK now, and my wife's priority is a safe neighborhood with good schools. We're looking at Sobha Royal Pavilion Phase 4. The ₹2.06 Cr price tag seems okay for a completed project, but I'm really wondering about the actual daily living experience. Is it genuinely good for families, or just looks good on brochures? What's the community vibe like there? My big concern is the amenities—are they actually useful, or are half of them just showpieces for the brochure? We need something where the kids can play safely and we can feel part of a community. Any current residents or past buyers have insights? What about the noise levels? Really trying to get a feel for the day-to-day.
