Upgrading for kids, the school commute reality check

Many people overlook the *real* school commute issue when buying property, not just proximity. Ramprastha Attalika dekha tha, my wife really liked the 3BHK layout, felt spacious. But I'm still weighing the actual daily life, you know? What I found out is ki, actual school bus routes and traffic during drop-off/pickup can be a nightmare. We need a good school for the kids. Also, is the community actually active, ya just isolated? Maintenance charges ka bhi real figure pata nahi chala. Any insights?
