Upgrading for the kids – infra changes got me confused

Okay I'll be honest — I completely underestimated how confusing this process is. We're looking to upgrade to a 3BHK for the kids, maybe around Sector 38 or near Dwarka Expressway. My wife's priority is a good school nearby and a safe neighbourhood. With Dwarka Expressway almost done and Global City coming up, everyone's talking about price appreciation. But is the promised completion realistic? I'm worried about delays impacting our move. Any thoughts on which specific areas along the Dwarka Expressway might still be somewhat affordable for a family, or are we too late? What are your experiences with these infra projects actually moving prices?
