Are those tax benefits for upgrading real or just marketing talk? I'm currently in a 2BHK in Gachibowli, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK ya maybe even a villa in Kokapet or Narsingi. Already have a home loan for my current place. Builders like My Home and Prestige are quoting crazy prices. Is the price jump worth it for a 3BHK? Aur second property pe kitne tax benefits milte hain, Section 24 and 80C ka kya scene hai? Anyone actually used these while upgrading? My CA says kuch relief milega but I'm not sure if it's substantial enough.
