Construction quality in Gurugram's new projects feels like a lottery sometimes. I'm currently in a 2BHK and planning to upgrade, maybe looking at Smartworld The Edition. As an investor, I'm worried about actual construction quality after a year or two. Kya cracks, seepage, ya fittings ka issue aata hai? Aur promised amenities actually deliver hoti hain ya bas paper pe rehti hain? Does the premium for these amenities really translate to better resale ya tenant attraction? What's your experience, especially long-term?
