Is the current pricing in Indraprashtha Yojna justified for a 3BHK upgrade? I currently own a 2BHK in Vaishali and am considering a 3BHK or villa in Indraprashtha Yojna. Observed prices for a 3BHK are around ₹85-95L. Is this valuation realistic, or is there scope for negotiation? My budget extends to ₹1.2 Cr. What's the investment potential over 3-5 years, and how liquid is the resale market? I'm already managing an EMI, so this decision requires careful consideration.
