Upgrading from 2BHK — is it worth the premium?

Upgrading from a 2BHK is proving way harder than I thought. I'm eyeing Sattva Lake Ridge for a 3BHK, but worried about actual livability. My current place feels cramped, so carpet area efficiency is huge. Are their layouts genuinely practical for daily life, or just good on paper? What about the neighbourhood quality, schools nearby? Is the premium for an upcoming project justified if floor plans aren't truly spacious? Already have a home loan, this next step needs to be right.
