Upgrading from 2BHK: Is Sohna the right move for family?

Is Godrej Serenity Sohna genuinely good to live in, especially with family? I'm currently in a 2BHK in Sector 67 and thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK there. The brochure shows great amenities, but are they actually useful or just for show? Also, how efficient are the carpet areas for a family? Is the price jump worth it for the daily livability?

Sohna? Sector 67 se shift kar rahe ho toh connectivity dekhi hai kya? Price range (₹1.1 Cr – ₹1.7 Cr) sunke lagta hai kaafi premium jaa rahe hain, but Sohna mein abhi bhi social infra utna develop nahi hai. Amenities brochure mein toh sab accha dikhta hai, but actual possession mila kya kisiko? RERA date 2025-12-01 hai, but builders ki delays toh pata hi hai. Kya lagta hai, worth it hai family ke liye itna wait karna?
