The premium for a 3BHK or villa in Ghaziabad seems genuinely steep. I'm currently in a 2BHK in Vasundhara, eyeing an upgrade to Crossings Republik or Raj Nagar Extension. The price jump for a 3BHK, or especially a villa, feels substantial. Is this increase truly justified by better appreciation or rental yields long-term? Considering the Delhi-Meerut Expressway's impact, will 3BHKs hold value better? Already have a home loan, so EMI increase is a critical factor. Seeking perspectives on upgrade justification.
