JMS Prime Land ka possession date Dec 2023 hai, not far off. Site visit karke existing buyers ya labourers se baat karo. Unbiased feedback mil jaata hai construction quality pe. Aur total units 108 hain, so it's not a mega-project, maybe quality control will be better. But resale ke liye, connectivity to main roads is key.
Gurugram mein abhi market thoda slow hai, especially for properties above 1.5 Cr. Resale pe impact aa sakta hai agar quality compromise hui, ya builder ne possession date 2023-12-01 se aage badha di. ₹1.7 Cr – ₹2.2 Cr is a big jump for 2BHK upgrade, make sure you get value for money and not just fancy amenities.
Haan, attract toh karte hain, but kitna extra rent doge uske liye? Rental yield dekhna padega. Most tenants care about location, connectivity, aur basic safety. Club ka gym second priority hai for most, unless it's a very high-end segment.
But good amenities sometimes attract better tenants, especially if you plan to rent it out later. Don't you think? Like if it's near Badshahpur, people look for good facilities in a gated community.

JMS Prime Land ka RERA number GGM/435/167/2021/03 hai, check kar lena. Mere ek friend ne Gurugram mein ek project mein phasa tha, builder ne possession date extend kar di thi 2 saal tak. Always check RERA status and builder ka track record. Clubhouses se zyada construction quality dekho, especially for resale value, warna baad mein bahut headache hoti hai.

Totally agree! JMS Prime Land ka location toh Mast hai, Airport Road ke paas. Connectivity achhi hai. But haan, clubs ka doubt toh hai, sirf extra cost badhate hain.
Bhai, clubhouses toh bas marketing gimmick hain. Maintenance itna high hota hai, aur use hardly koi karta hai. Better to invest in a project with good basic amenities and solid construction quality, especially for a first-time buyer like us. Resale mein sirf location aur quality matter karti hai.
