Upgrading from 2BHK: Logipark Pristine O2 thoughts?

₹90 lakh for a 3BHK in Logipark Pristine O2 World Part 4 feels steep. I'm currently in a 2BHK, thinking of upgrading. What's the construction quality really like? And how's their customer support post-booking?

90 lakh for a 3BHK from a builder with literally zero past projects? Bhai, yeh toh bohot risky lag raha hai. I was looking at something similar near Akurdi, but the prices there for established builders were still lower. Quality aur support ka toh bhagwan hi malik hai.
