₹1.5 crore for a 3BHK in New Chandigarh feels steep. I'm in Sector 44, thinking of upgrading. Looking at Ambika Florence Park and also Paradise Enclave. What's the word-of-mouth reputation for Ambika Realcon's delivery? Any insights on construction quality for Paradise Enclave/Saini Bhawan, especially post-possession issues?

Bhai, 1.5 crore for New Chandigarh 3BHK is definitely on the higher side. I was looking at Florence Park too, but the prices they're quoting now are just crazy. Ambika Realcon ka track record bhi mixed reviews wala hai, especially with project delays.
Totally agree, U2. 1.5 crore is too much for New Chandigarh right now. Wait for some time. Connectivity issues bhi hain.
