Upgrading from 2BHK: My security concerns

The premium for new 3BHKs in Gurugram feels steep, especially after living in my 2BHK near Sector 57 for years. I'm looking at RK Traders Qutab Heights, thinking of upgrading. Is their security system actually good? Like, visitor management and guard quality, not just cameras. Parking allocation there, is it fair or a daily headache? Wondering if the price jump is worth it for daily peace of mind.
