Since last Diwali, I'm considering upgrading from my 2BHK. For under-construction projects like Trishul Happy Homes Trikuta, I've started checking small details on site visits. Matlab, wall plaster finish, plumbing lines, electrical points. These early construction quality signs can become big headaches. Any other tips for identifying potential snags then?
