Bhai, same boat! Ye plot ka idea toh mast lagta hai, especially with OC available for some in YEIDA. But then construction ka kharcha, interiors, sab calculate karo toh Eldeco 7 Peaks ka ready-to-move convenience bhi attract karta hai. My biggest worry is that hidden cost part for plots. And Eldeco ki amenities ka kya, worth it for the premium? I'm also looking at rental income potential for the future, so that's a big factor for me.
