Swaraj Homes RWA Pocket B Dilshad Garden — been looking at 3BHK options here. I'm currently in a 2BHK, thinking of upgrading. Is the price jump worth it for these newer projects? Specifically, security systems ka kya haal hai? CCTV coverage, visitor management, guards ki actual quality kaisi hai? Aur lifts ka maintenance response time kaisa rehta hai? Kisi ko experience hai? Snag list mein kya common issues aate hain after possession?
