Upgrading from 2BHK to a 'luxury' builder floor – my doubts.
Did a site visit to Vohra Luxury Builder Floors 4 last week, and honestly, everyone glorifies these builder floors but I'm not entirely convinced. It's completed, which is great, but is it genuinely good for family living? My wife's main priority is a safe, friendly community for our kids. The vibe felt a bit isolated, not like a proper society. Kya yahan bachche khel paayenge safely? Also, the amenities... are they just for show? Swimming pool aur gym toh sab mein hota hai, but what about actual daily convenience? Schools nearby, good markets, hospitals? Not sure if it's genuinely practical ya sirf brand value hai. Honestly, for ₹3.25 Cr–₹4.75 Cr, I expected more than just a fancy address. I'm upgrading from a 2BHK, need a proper home, not just an investment. Okay, I'll say what no one says: these luxury builder floors sometimes feel like glorified independent houses with shared walls, no real community. Change my mind.

Totally relate to your post, bhai. We also checked out Vohra Luxury Builder Floors 4 a few months back. The 'luxury' tag is definitely there for show, and the price range of ₹3.3 Cr – ₹4.8 Cr is just insane for what you get. We're also upgrading from a 2BHK and my wife had the exact same concern about community. Felt so isolated, like ek independent ghar le liya jiske aas paas aur log bhi hain, but no real interaction. The common areas, like the pool and gym, looked nice but I wondered how many people would actually use them regularly
