₹70 lakh for a 3BHK in Signature Global Park 1, Sohna. I'm upgrading from 2BHK. Is daily life genuinely good there? What are the actual maintenance charges, yaar? Any good schools nearby?

You'll find basic stuff, but for everything else, you'll be dependent on Gurgaon. Medical facilities are improving, but for major hospitals, it's a drive. It's an investment for the future, not for immediate, fully-fledged city life.
Schools like Pathways and GD Goenka are there but they are a bit of a drive, maybe 20-30 mins. Local schools are okay, but not top-tier. For daily groceries, some small stores are coming up, but for bigger shopping, you'd still head towards Gurgaon.

Maintenance ka toh pata nahi, but make sure to check their RERA number properly. Signature Global Park 1 ka RERA hai GGM/494/226/2021/62. Possession date Oct 2024 dikha raha hai. Ongoing project hai, so delays can happen. Be careful.
