Upgrading from 2BHK, wondering about Sector 94A

Sector 94A keeps coming up every time I shortlist something. I'm currently in a 2BHK in Sector 78 and thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK or villa there. The price jump seems huge, tbh. Is it really justified? For those living there, what's the actual vibe? Is traffic bad during peak hours? And what about green spaces? Is it good for families, or mostly concrete? Already have a home loan, so this next move is big.
