Visited a few projects last weekend in the 'High Rental Yield' corridor. I'm currently in a 2BHK in Sector 37 and thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK ya a small villa. Already have a home loan, so EMI is a big factor for me. Honestly, prices seem quite high now, around ₹1.6 Cr for a decent 3BHK, which is a big jump. I always heard this area was great for rental returns, but has it peaked already? Matlab, is it still undervalued or ab overpriced ho gaya hai for investment? I thought it was still a good bet, but I'm not sure if the premium is justified anymore. Which specific sectors or projects within this corridor, perhaps near PR7, offer the best value right now for a good ROI? Am I missing something crucial before making a decision?
