Upgrading in Bengaluru: Is infra appreciation real?
₹1.8 Cr for a 3BHK in Kalyan Nagar feels steep. I'm currently in a 2BHK in Bellandur, looking to upgrade. Already have a home loan, so this jump needs to make sense. Everyone talks about Metro extensions and the PRR pushing values in Whitefield or Devanahalli. Is paying a premium now for potential appreciation near these corridors truly justified? Honestly, I worry about project delays. Metro Phase 3, the PRR — are these completion timelines realistic, or will we wait years? I don't want to buy into future promises that might take another decade to materialize. Has anyone here bought near upcoming infra like the Airport expansion and seen real benefits already? Or should I just wait for infra to actually finish before investing more?
