New Chandigarh — everyone glorifies it for investment, but is it really worth it now? I'm in a 2BHK in Sector 44, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK or a villa in Aerocity. Already have a home loan. People say prices are stable, but are we just seeing the peak? Mohali International Airport expansion sounds good, par kya actual appreciation milegi? Should I wait for 2026-27 or buy now with DLF or Omaxe? Seems like prices are already too high, especially for ₹2.5Cr properties. Change my mind.

Totally feel you on the 'peak prices' fear. Bubble toh nahi ban raha, especially with those ₹2.5Cr figures? Mera toh already ek home loan chal raha hai.
