Honestly, I'm finding this property search for a bigger 3BHK for the kids super stressful. Dekho, hum Shriram North View Ghaziabad mein ek flat dekh rahe hain. Site visit pe sab accha laga, but I'm worried about what happens after possession. Log bolte hain promised amenities like clubhouse ya kids' play area bas paper pe hote hain, actual mein kuch aur milta hai. Kya actual construction quality bhi wahi rehti hai after a year? Like seepage, cracks ka scene? Aur maintenance charges bhi kitne hote hain, is it worth it for the service?
