Upgrading in Gurgaon: Is 2026 market too risky?
Spent the whole Sunday checking out options in Sector 91 and around Dwarka Expressway. I'm currently in a 2BHK on SPR, thinking of upgrading to a bigger 3BHK. Prices have seriously shot up, yaar. It feels like every builder, be it DLF or Godrej, is quoting crazy high numbers. My main confusion is about 2026. Is this current price rise sustainable, ya fir correction aane wala hai? With so many new projects announced for 2026 and infra like Global City coming up, will areas like Sector 91 continue to see appreciation? Honestly, not sure if the price jump for a 3BHK is worth it if a correction is around the corner. Kya lagta hai, which areas in New Gurugram or SPR will give maximum appreciation in the next two years? Is it still a good time to buy, or should I wait? What's your take on the market till 2026?
