Did a site visit to Kesar Garden Apartment on Saturday and honestly, the power backup claims felt shaky. I'm upgrading from my 2BHK and paying a premium, but what's the actual reality? Are we talking full flat backup or just common areas? My current home loan already stresses me, I can't deal with unreliable power or constant water issues. Anyone else feel misled about utilities?

Bhai, totally agree! Kesar Garden ki reviews toh mixed hain, but power backup ka issue sab jagah sun
